We partner with Signature Rx to handle your prescriptions. These will be available to you after the virtual consultation via the online portal in your account and will be easily accessible. Home delivery option will be available in some cases.
4. How do I access my medical records?
Your medical records and consultation summary will be available in your patient portal. Once you login in, you can view your consultation summaries and any other relevant documents.
5. Can I be referred for further tests or to a specialist?
Yes, the doctor may arrange tests for you depending on your needs (e.g., blood tests or scans). If a referral to a specialist is required, this letter will be sent to you via e-mail.
